Terminal 1, 2 & 3 (Qantas, Virgin Australia & International): Pick-up is on the ground level of the main forecourt.

Terminal 4 (Jetstar, Rex): Pick-up is located on Level 1 of the Terminal 4 Car Park.
Important: A strict 1-minute standing time limit is enforced at all pick-up zones. It is essential that passengers are kerbside and ready for immediate collection to avoid congestion.

Dropping off passengers is a straightforward process at the dedicated departure levels.
